What it covers
Eligible learners receive no-cost immersive technology training and career preparation. In-person, hybrid and remote formats vary by programme; all are live and attendance-based. This is training support, not guaranteed wages or a job.

Income / financial rules
The policy uses campus-area 80% AMI and individual/household earned-income definitions; military-connected applicants instead have a below-$200,000 route. Current employment, a job ending within 90 days, longer unemployment and self-employment are treated differently. Admissions must determine the applicable case; no universal household-income band is modeled.

Who to check first
Be 18+, have a high-school diploma/GED/equivalent and valid U.S. work authorization, meet the income policy, and remain in the U.S. during training. English, employment-readiness and course-specific conditions also apply.

What to watch for

No-cost tuition does not cover every personal expense or guarantee employment. Budget transport, childcare and living costs; any optional personal-expense loan is debt, not a stipend or grant.

Course, location and admission requirements vary. Income-policy exceptions are case-by-case; do not substitute a general income band, the lowest of two measures or a universal national dollar cap for admissions review.
